FAQ
Yes. All perks are purely cosmetic — chat colours, prefixes, particle effects, and cosmetic titles. No rank gives gameplay advantages such as extra items, extra hearts, flight, or unfair PvP bonuses. This complies fully with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines.
Ranks are usually activated within a few hours of payment confirmation. During busy periods it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation message in your Discord ticket when it's live.
Your rank and all associated perks are removed at the end of the billing month. Your player data, stats, and progress are never affected — only the cosmetic perks are removed.
Yes. Open a Discord ticket and we'll switch you to the higher rank, charging only the price difference for the remaining days in your current month.
Refund Policy — Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once a rank has been activated. If you experience a technical issue with your rank, please open a ticket in Discord and we'll resolve it promptly. If you have not yet received your rank perks, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
